CCHS Graduation 2026

Graduation for the class of 2026 will take place on Friday, May 1st at Berna Facio Professional Development Center. The ceremony time has not yet been determined.

College and Career High School Internship Program

Working in partnership with CNM's Division of Workforce & Community Success, College & Career High School is committed to establishing and maintaining partnerships with local businesses that are interested in giving back to the community by hiring 11th and 12th grade dual credit students. The intention is to provide practical, work-based experiences that align with each student's career pathway while providing a steady workforce for our community partners. 

Student Intern

  • Application process including submitting resumes, providing cover letters and interviewing with the community partner
  • Practice and perform the soft skills necessary for effective employment
  • Commitment to the employer and the program

Internship Program Coordinator

  • Close monitoring of the student intern
  • Conduct 1-2 partner site visits
  • Provide necessary paperwork for both intern and partner
  • Availability for communication with partner

Community Partner

  • Establish a pipeline through CNM's hireCNM platform
  • Complete the necessary paperwork, through CNM or CCHS, but not both
  • Provide feedback on student intern

Building Strong Partnerships for Professional Growth and Learning

The internship program thrives on a balanced partnership among the student intern, the internship program coordinator, and the community business partner. Together, these three components create a dynamic collaboration that fosters professional growth, practical learning and mutually-beneficial partnership.
