CNM Benefits

CNM Connect Services

Academic Advisement—assisting students with obtaining the necessary information for completing a degree/certificate, including charting personal academic plans, choosing classes, and declaring or changing majors.

CNM Connect—helping students access resources they may need to stay in school and succeed in class; and connecting students to people who can guide them through their education.

Job Connection Center—providing students and graduates with a variety of job search services and support, including online job listings and leads, resume and interview assistance, job search workshops, on-campus recruitment activities, and more.

Assessment Centers

The Assessment Centers are open to all students who need to take placement exams, and/or entry and distance-learning exams. With a few exceptions, the exams are free of charge.

CNM Foundation

The CNM Foundation helps CCHS students pay for course supplies, uniforms, and/or fees that are required by certain CNM courses. This benefit is financial need based.

Computer Labs

All the Computer Labs at all the CNM campuses are available to CCHS students. Students can use the computer labs to print and scan class-related materials.

Libraries

The Libraries provide a variety of resources designed to meet the information needs of students. Library catalogs, full-text articles from magazines, journals and newspapers and an electronic reference service are available online. Available for checkout are technology resources such as calculators and lab models.

CNM Learn

CNM Learn is a great on-line resource for students. Students can chat with fellow classmates, submit homework directly to instructors, view grades and access libraries.

CNM's Student Activities

CNM's Student Activities provides students with CNM and CCHS student ID cards, free ABQ Ride bus passes, and student club/organization opportunities.

Tutoring

Tutoring services are available in the Assistance Centers for Education (ACE) on all CNM campuses one-to-one and small-group learning assistance is offered. Certified tutors are available to help students in a variety of subjects, free of charge.
